Match Secretary: Match Secretary are responsible for keeping track of the game time, penalties, and substitutions. They operate 
the game clock and signal when penalties are over and players can re-enter the game and also maintain the official score and 
record goals, assists, penalties, and other statistical information during the game.

Technical officials: In some competitions, technical officials may be present to handle administrative tasks and oversee the 
logistics of the match. They ensure that the equipment and facilities are in order and may assist in various aspects of the 
game organization.
