Note:
- Your offer should be in Singapore Dollar including the cost of delivery, and/or all required services. Please indicate GST, if any.
- Any company or business that is currently debarred from participating in Government Invitation to Quote (ITQ)/Tenders is not eligible to participate in this ITQ. If a quotation is submitted without explicitly mentioning that the vendor is currently debarred, the School shall treat the submission of the quotation as an express continuing declaration by the vendor that the vendor is in fact eligible to participate in this ITQ and, if such a declaration is discovered to be false, the School will be entitled to rescind any contracts entered into pursuant to such a quotation, without the School being liable therefore in damages or compensation.
- Your quotation shall be valid and binding for a period of at least three (03) months from the closing date. The School does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any offer and reserves the right to accept the offer in whole or in part.
- Please specify clearly in your quotation if you are unable to meet any of the requirements stated. In the event that you did not specify anything in your quotation, it shall be deemed that you are able to meet all the requirements stated.
- Please email your quotation to procurement@ri.edu.sg, Attn: Gibson Tham by Tuesday, 28 November 2017 before Singapore Time 1700 hours. In the event that we do not receive any reply from you, it shall be deemed that you are unable to submit any quotation.
- For clarification, please send your clarification to Gibson Tham at gibson.tham@ri.edu.sg by Thursday, 23 November 2017 before Singapore Time 1700 hours.
- Submission of proposal to Raffles Institution should include:
- Valid Standard First-aid, CPR and AED Certification;
- Registeration with National Registry of Coaches (NROC);
- Provide a list of current and past training conducted for similar programmes;
- Duly completed Price Proposal Form (Annex B) with relevant qualification certificates;
- Duly completed and signed Expectation of Instructors (Annex C); and
- Duly completed Instructor Deployment List (Annex F) if required.
