JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:                            Administration / Sports Development Officer

JOB TYPE:                            Part-time / Contract Based

WORK LOCATION:           Stadium (NSA Office, within Sport Singapore building)
                                                    Any venues where events will be held

 

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Manage and attend to enquiries on SFA’s website and social media page
  • Manage the events calendar
  • Develop marketing material
  • Coordinate grant writing and administration of grants and sponsorship
  • Assist & coordinate with our High-Performance teams on related matters
  • General office duties
  • Oversee and/or execute existing and “new” programs and events
  • Gather stakeholder and community input to determine program and service priorities
  • Act as the liaison point for SFA members and the public

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Min. Diploma holders, preferably with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Past similar experiences in Sports/Admin/Events Management will be advantageous

Skills:

  • Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and cohesively as a team.
  • Good work ethics and attitude to be committed to excellence in their role
