JOB TITLE: Administration / Sports Development Officer
JOB TYPE: Part-time / Contract Based
WORK LOCATION: Stadium (NSA Office, within Sport Singapore building)
Any venues where events will be held
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Manage and attend to enquiries on SFA’s website and social media page
- Manage the events calendar
- Develop marketing material
- Coordinate grant writing and administration of grants and sponsorship
- Assist & coordinate with our High-Performance teams on related matters
- General office duties
- Oversee and/or execute existing and “new” programs and events
- Gather stakeholder and community input to determine program and service priorities
- Act as the liaison point for SFA members and the public
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications and Experience:
- Min. Diploma holders, preferably with 1-2 years of working experience
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Past similar experiences in Sports/Admin/Events Management will be advantageous
Skills:
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and cohesively as a team.
- Good work ethics and attitude to be committed to excellence in their role
