Dear Club Affiliates, this is to notify you that each Affiliate Club is invited to nominate one representative to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Floorball Association (SFA) on 22 September 2020 at 8:00pm via electronic means.

Only representatives who are nominated by their respective Affiliate Club through the proper process are allowed to participate in the AGM. Please see below the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2020 and the Representative Form which must be submitted by email to generalmanager.sfa@gmail.com by 5pm, 15 September 2020.

As we are not able to conduct a physical Annual General Meeting due to the COVID19 and safe distancing measures; the SFA AGM will be conducted via Electronic Means and more details will be circulated out by 18th September 2020 together with the Agenda of Meeting.
