RECRUITMENT: National Floorball Youth Development Centre

Singapore Floorball Association(SFA) is looking to engage three (3) youth coaches on a "part-time" basis. 

The purpose of this recruitment exercise is to strengthen the youth development and talent identification programme of SFA. These coaching positions will report to SFA High Performance Committee(HPC).

Responsibilities: 

1. Work closely with HPC to develop annual youth trainings.

2. Deliver training sessions for different age groups. 

3. Identify and select talented players for local and regional competitions. 

4. Able to travel when required. 

Coaching Duties:

1. Training will take place from 3pm-7pm on Saturdays and 9am-3pm on Sundays.

2. Appointed coaches will be assigned to different age groups. 

3. Coaching renumeration will be $50 an hour. 

Requirements:

1. Minimum IFF level 1/ SFA level 1 coaching certification for Assistant Coach. 

2. Registered with Sport Singapore NROC (National Registry of Coaches). 

3. Ideally possess sport science or physical education or fitness training or early childhood teaching background.

4. Proven record in development of individual players as well as positive team culture, vaules and character. 

5. Strong work ethics and dedication to hard work. 

6. Excellent knowledge of floorball skills, techniques and team tactics. 

7. Effective and confident communication skills to work effectively with players and other stakeholders.

2. Eligible coaches will be invited to a zoom interview within 14 days after application closes. 

3. Appointed coaches will be offered one year contract anf contract start date will be from 21 October.
