SFA and Joka Sports are organising the "B Div Plate and Bowl Competition" on 7 and 9 Mar 2017 .  The Plate & Bowl Competition will be a 3 on 3 competition with no goalkeepers. Each match will last 8 minutes with rolling substitutes. Each school that doesn’t qualify for the NSG B Div Second round can send up to 2 teams of 9 players each.Schools that are placed 3rd and 4th in the NSG B Div first round will qualify for the Plate and schools that are placed 5th and 6th will qualify for the Bowl.

The first day of qualifications for the two competitions will be held on 7 March and will be at two separate school venues - Boys (Bedok North Secondary) and Girls (Spectra Secondary) and will be a round robin competition.

The top two teams from each group will proceed to the semis/3rd placing/finals that will be held on 9th Mar and will be held at Hougang SRC. The Top 4 placed teams will all receive medals.
