We are pleased to inform you that the SFA Amended Constitution passed at EOGM on 21 Jun 2023, has been approved by ROS.

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be called and as per our constitution article 13.3, at least 21 days’ notice shall be provided to Affiliates and the AGM shall be held not later than 30 Sept 2023.
