Think you have what it takes to be a national player and be part of the Men's Floorball Team's journey for the upcoming World Floorball Championship, get your team manager to include you into the list. 

Brief Selection Criteria: 
1. Hold Singapore citizenship
2. Played in recent Singapore Floorball League 2017/2018
3. To have had played in the Singapore Floorball Premier League for at least two (2) years, or Division 2 for at least three (3) years.

Clubs' Team Managers (Premier League & Division 2) are to send in the name list (with details) of those interested players^ from their respective club, by 25 April to sdo.sfa@gmail.com

Details to include: 

1. Full Name (as in NRIC)
2. NRIC
3. DOB (dd/mmm/yyyy)
4. Contact Number
5. Playing club (including no. of years)
6. Playing position
7. Blade side

^There is no capped number of players per club. Players do not include players from the current training squad.
