Shift 1 - 4v4 with 3 outfield players and 1 goalie
Shift 2 - 4v4 with 3 outfield players and 1 goalie
Shift 3 – 4v4 with 4 outfield players and mini goalposts

Competition Objective
We hear the concerns from the community, with the NSG games being pushed back and with no clear view of when the league can resume, given the current safe measure. We look to create a sense of competition, a four-a-side tournament with modified rules that aligns with the current Covid-19 protocols.
March to July 2021 - Expected Start & End Date
- Team Managers are to submit in their team list to sflmodleague@gmail.com, a maximum of 25 participants may be registered, a minimum of 12 participants per team (10 outfield players + 2 Goalies) is required per team.
- Registration Fees: $400.00 per team

- Refund Policy:
- The refund policy will only be activated in the two scenarios mentioned below and if minimum matches (8 matches) have not been played.
- Multi Ministry Taskforce for COVID-19 declares that Singapore is back to phase 2
- Competition is not feasible to be played with a new Safe Management Measure being introduced.
- The organizing committee will review the situation and make a decision for cancellation two weeks after such announcement by the Multi Ministry Taskforce is made.
- The competition guarantees at least 6 matches to be played. Should there be confirmation of cancellation by the organizing committee, teams will be refunded based on matches not played (out of 6 matches).
- In the event of cancellation of competition, a team who has played less than 6 matches, e.g., 4 matches played, will be refunded ($50 per match, $100 in total)
- In the event of cancellation of competition, a team who has played 6 matches or more, e.g. 6 matches played, will not be eligible for refund.
- Closing Date: The closing date for registration is on 17 February 2021 or earlier once all slots are filled. Due to limited slots available, registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Event Cancellation: The organizing committee reserves the rights to postpone/cancel the competition should there be any safety concerns for the participants.
