Topic: Wall of Support/ Coaches Profiling and Appropriate Support
Hayley will be talking about the idea of supporting coaches in order to help them progress is not a new concept, but how this is done has been open to wide interpretation.
This workshop will look at some tools to help you decide WHAT appropriate supports for different coaches might be and HOW you might prioritise that support both for the coach and you as the provider of that support.
We will do this by looking at factually based coach profiling and my ‘Wall of Support’. You will get the chance to work in groups of different size and on your own.
By the end of the session you will have designed your own coach profiling tool and your own version of a ‘Wall of Support’, these two tools will help you work more efficiently as a Coach Developer and the same tools can be used by coaches to ensure they identify areas of support that will benefit them most.
