Over the years, Doug has accumulated a wealth of experience in leading and developing teams and athletes from Learn-to-Swim, Recreational Summer League teams to High Performance with athletes winning medals at both Major and Junior level international meets. With many of his athletes representing the USA on the international stage, his experience with the USA National and junior teams have given him insights on how the importance of team culture contributes to the success of both Club and Country.
