There will be 4 groups for registration, do note that, you will be awarded SG-Coach Level 1 Technical for Swimming (Accreditation) upon completion of all requirements of this course.

• Accredited with Foreign Swimming Teaching/Coaching Certifications
• Lifesaving 1 certification or higher

Course Description.

SG-Coach Level 1 (Technical) Wavier Program for Swimming

This wavier program is meant for swimming teachers and coaches who have equivalent accreditation/certification and experience teaching/coaching Swimming in Singapore. This program is delivered in a blended learning approach, consisting of online learning, classroom, practical sessions, and competency assessments. Participants who complete this will fulfill the requirement set by SportSG and will be awarded SG-Coach Level 1 Technical for Swimming (Accreditation).

This course emphasises on reflection and feedback as effective coaching techniques in Singapore. Participants will go through 1 online module, 2 classroom modules, 3 Assessments and 2 to 12 sessions of attachment. Assessments and Feedback will be given throughout the course to encourage active participation and continual learning.
