Topic: Gym without walls - Athletic Development for Young Swimmers (ages 5 to 12)

Part two of this workshop series will be a practical session on the application of athletic development for young swimmers. This session will cover exercise demonstration and technique, program design, and delivery.

As this is a practical session that requires participation and some exercise, please be in appropriate sports attire.
