After successful completion of your 8 On-The-Job referreeing attachment, you will then be evaluated by the Singapore Water Polo Technical Water Polo Committee Chairman on your performance before issuing of certification.
At any point of time Chairman deemed incompetent, he/she can choose to retain your referee status.
