Thank you for your dedication to the SwimSafer 2.0 program and your ongoing collaboration during the CAMS transition. As we enhance the quality, consistency, and integrity of program delivery through this transition toward  SwimSafer Centralised Assessment Management System Model, we would like to remind you of the upcoming compulsory monthly engagement sessions.

We are holding a (Compulsory) SwimSafer CAMS Transition Update and Engagement Session on 3rd December 2024. This session is for both SwimSafer Assessors and SwimSafer Instructors.

It is Compulsory to attend the CAMS Transition Update and Engagement Session as it covers some of the following information:

  1. December '24 - Agenda

    1. Timeline of CAMS Implementation Plan
      • Key updates and progress for the current phase.
      • Milestones for Dec 2024 - Jan 2025.
    2. Focus Areas for Assessors, Instructors, Clubs in This Phase
      • SwimSafer Instructors: Training updates and alignment with must see criteria and the revised manual.
      • SwimSafer CAMS Assessors: SOP refinement and operational readiness.
    3. New Version of SWIMSAFER™ 2.0 INSTRUCTOR’S MANUAL (Updated Dec 2024)
      • Highlights of changes from collated feedbacks and distribution plan.
    4. SwimSafer CAMS Booking Systems & Operations in 2025 (Q1 – Q2)
      • Mode of Assessments & Transition (Q1 2025): MOE & Private.
      • Pilot test: SOPs, user flow, and demand evaluation.
      • Announcement of Public Fee Structure (2025).
    5. Q&A Session
      • feedback and clarification.

The briefing and engagement sessions will be held at the following dates and times:

  1. Live (Zoom) Session:
    • Date: 3rd December 2024 (Tuesday) 
    • Time: 7:45pm – 9:00pm 

Action Required: This session is compulsory for all SwimSafer Assessors and SwimSafer Instructors.
** It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend one of these sessions to receive the latest updates and crucial information. 

If you cannot attend with a valid reason, please notify us by completing this form: Submit Absence Form.

Supporting documentation will be required  for valid reasons such as:

  • Medical leave
  • Compassionate grounds
  • Court hearing
  • Family emergency
  • Pre-existing travel plans
  • Bereavement (loss of a family member)

Please Note:

  • Individuals who miss/missed any (compulsory) session without valid reasons will be required to attend a physical makeup session.
  • Non-compliance may result in a verbal warning, letter of notice, or suspension until the attendance requirement is completed
